Previously only announced for release in Asian regions we finally have confirmation that the Dragon Quest Collection will be released in the US come September 27th. This is currently only confirmed as a e-shop release, but there is a physical release coming out in Asian territories that does support English language options.
Hopefully they will announce a physical edition in the West, but if not the version being sold on Play-Asia is region free and has English options for all 3 games.
